ABOUT US

Finding Gnomes Creative Collective

We are a creative collective for community and cause. Say that five times! We unearth forgotten or not yet discovered stories and bring them to life by producing films, tv and wed series, live music shows and cultural events. At the heart of Finding Gnomes is storytelling, creativity and generosity. It’s the culmination of my life experiences as a mother, an art business owner, actor, musician, and human being who cares about humanity and wants to project positivity out into the world as much as possible. And, integrating a bit of fun and whimsical imagination along the way is just good for all of our souls! Each project we embark on will have a connection to a cause or name a benefactor for which the project will serve. Could be something small like helping an individual person or larger like supporting groups or organizations that promote peace, the arts and justice.

Why Gnomes? The Gnome book fascinated me as a child, and I loved getting lost in the details and learning about these small but mighty creatures. Did you know they are almost seven times stronger than humans!? So, in remembering this book, I began to recall thoughts, feelings and ideas from my childhood. So in a very real sense, Finding Gnomes is also about finding yourself again in the day dreams of your past and in the desires for your future.

Practically speaking, gnomes represent some really positive qualities like good luck, productivity, protection from negative energy, spiritual knowledge and emotional stability. Did you know the red color of the hat is a sign of passion that causes people to never give up?

Who is Finding Gnomes Creative Collective? We are a Seattle based variable group of professionals in the fields of music, acting and filmmaking, community/event planning, and art/graphic design. We will create with just about anyone as long as you are willing to respect and play nicely with others, and believe in gnomes, of course.
